“Yichangle” Xylo-oligosaccharides Vinegar Drink


The product is scientifically formulated and refined, containing xylo-oligosaccharides (ultra powerful bifidusfactor) and several vitamins and amino acids necessary for human bodies, with mahogany appearance, mellow texture, sweet and sour taste, and long aftertaste. Drinking this product frequently will benefit the elderly, women and drinkers a lot.

Introduction of Xylo-oligosaccharides

   Major component: it is a mixture of disaccharide -heptasaccharide composed of 2-7 xylose molecules bonded with β1, 4 glycosidic bonds.

   Property: The product is colorless to light brown liquid or white solid, with a relative sweetness of 40% approximately, which is similar to sucrose. With resistance to heat and acid, it will not damage after placed in acid with a PH of 2.5-8.0 under 120℃ for 1h, and remain the same after stored in acid with a PH of 2.5-8.0 under 37℃ for 90 days. As it can hardly be digested by salivary juice, gastric juice, pancreatic juice and small intestinal fluid, it is a non-digestible sugar.

Physiological Functions

1. Adjusting gut function: after taking 0.7g or 1.4g xylo-oligosaccharides per day for three weeks, intestinal bifidobacterium may increase from original 8.5% to 20.2% or from 9.3% to 37.4% respectively; in the mean time, harmful bacteria also reduces correspondingly, with colon water (about 80% in normal times, about 70% in case of constipation and about 87% in the event of diarrhea) improved, constipation relieved, and diarrhea mitigated.

2. It does not cause tooth decay and will not be utilized by caries bacteria.
